Why do you wan to upgrade your status, while every1 is busy
downgrading?
You serve a Pes E clerk after you ORD, you might not even come
back for reservist training. Your job is done and you are happy
with your life.
When you are Pes A/B, you need to take IPPT and come for
reservist every year. In the future, you do sedentary office job,
and still have to train running, do RT and etc. When you need to go
to reservist, every1 in the office will make noise. When you come
back from reservist, you still have to clear the shit work and
smile telling every1 you are having a good time sleeping in the
jungle.
Nobody is going to award you for being a good soldier.
