pes c also must serve 10 years ICT... and that mean at least 7
high keys and 3 low keys. last time if you serve 7 high keys + 1
low key, they will close one eye and let you MR.. now but no more..
they are enforcing 10 cycles (with at least 7 high keys) strictly
due to the NS recognition awards... a lot of my friends cant MR
because they miss one low key... tot it is not important and cant
miss. in the end, they have to delay MR by one year and go for
IPPT/RT as well.
