yes, regardless if PH falls on weekday/ weekend, a PH is a PH.
Therefore, you will earn a 1 off day which you are choose to keep
for later use on any day within 1 - 3 months or so.
if you want to use the off day, better inform your immediate
superior. if not, you might considered as AWOL if you just book out
and then come back another day later...
