You mean people have been given wrong vocations? What if they go
wrong course, after that wrong unit keeps them in the wrong
vocation?
admin lapses such as... maybe the contract is stuck in someone's
office tray, thus never send out to respective departments
concerned...etc.
so what if this happens... that means TS is still a NSF, hence
randomly posted to storeman as his NSF vocation till ORD.
