Heard that govt. increased the bounty from $16,000 to $25,000 but it's only for diploma holders? So O level holders still get $16,000?

only at the end of the contract bond, then they give u the bounty money. this means that you die die must serve the full 5-years contract bond then they are willing to give u the bounty money. they are smart enough not to give u instant cash the moment u sign contract. only when you sold your soul to slavery for the full 5 years minimum terms of engagement (MTE), then can see the money.

no study hard and smart, they also don't want u one...

u poly halfway dropout go in, to them is considered highest cert is only 'O' level nia, hence slower-than-average promotion, borderline average annual performance appraisal, borderline average bonus...etc.

for example, say if u can sign on sergeant, you will stuck at 3rd sergeant rank for 1.5 to 2.5 years. next, those with a full poly diploma cert will be at 3rd sergeant for 1 to 2 years, then they sure promotion faster than you and also get a higher pay increment due to study more than you did.
