Haiz...NS Liability started 2001 August...can't MR due to having
only 6 high keys. This year's the 11th year already.. Had a lowkey
ict recently...NS portal puts 'Annual ICT (HK ICT)' ... called NS
Hotline, says 'Unit may mark it as such'. Called S1, says it's
sala. Called NSF clerk @ unit... 'oh my god'. WTF man.... Anyone
faced a similar situation as me? Do advise~
