Dudes.. Anyone know if there is a need for asking permission to
wear No.1 and/or have Sword Barriers even if you are a
NSmen? What i know is that only the Regulars can
wear and have Sword Barriers.. Anyone? If is possible can help by
stating what are the steps to take to go about doing it...
