I am old man, not sure if the rule still apply. I have a
lot of family from overseas, but was born in Singapore, and a
citizen. In that instant, I already take longer time to get
the security clearance done, as compared to my peers, more than
double their time.
So, as Shuaze said, since you
are PR, and are citizen of other nation, how to get the clearance
done? So,
I suspect you might not be able to get in OCS.
BTW, I am an
officer, and have not heard of any PR officer.
