Hmm wow the change in topic title seems very misleading.
Firstly, im already on long term MC due to a surgery.
I go to a pharmacy to get prescriptions that the hospitals
cannot provide.
I need to go back regularly to the hospital for physio and
re-checks.
As for going overseas, I have a rare condition, so we may
require a second opinion.
Well... I did remember seeing the directive, but it provided
little information about the going overseas part.
