Jehovah's Witnesses are not recognised as a religion in
Singapore. They were, until their beliefs clashed with the
government's implementation of NS for all males.
taken from wiki:
In 1972 the
Singapore government de-registered and banned the activities of
Jehovah's Witnesses in Singapore on the grounds that its members
refuse to perform military service (which is obligatory for all
male citizens), salute the flag, or swear oaths of allegiance to
the state.[9][10] Singapore
has banned all written materials published by the International
Bible Students Association and theWatchtower
Bible and Tract Society, both publishing arms of the Jehovah's
Witnesses. A person in possession of a prohibited publication can
be fined up to $1500 (Singapore Dollars $2,000) and jailed up to 12
months for a first conviction.

so don't worry, the government can suddenly change the law for
all women to serve NS too.
i'm curious though, are you bitter at the government for not
decreeing that women have to serve NS, or are you bitter at women
for being women?
if your argument is that you are angry at women for not being made
to go through NS, it's seriously not our fault we were born
female.
also: not all male Singapore Citizens go through NS. I know of 2
boys who were never called up, now in their 20s. this was
presumably because they studied in madrasahs, not public schools,
and Singapore may not trust them with defending the country due to
the nature of our surrounding countries. even so, they are
Singapore Citizens, and by right, they should have served.
