ORD: ORD means ORD! Take NRIC and run!

Im left with slightly less then 6 mths to ORD and i just done an OPT on my ankle.

The surgeon told me my mc would be for 5 mths+ (in many mc)

i heard my unit (they change the CO to a COVERING CO fucktard recently ) may want to extend my ORD and may even accues me of "KENG"

i spoke to the MO (a very nice MO and he say most likely will not and that he would suppot my case all the way) but the problem is that this MO covering my case is ORDING 2 mths before i ORD. He did tell me his under study is also very nice.

i wonder will they extend my ORD? (most people tell me hightly unlikely)

i heard if they try to do that i can seek help but from who/where?

plz advise. btw im E1L9 PERM.

They cannot extend your ORD.

But you may not get your ORD FFI, meaning you cant see your I/C until you have your ORD FFI done.

during my mc somewhere in the last mth. i would make a trip down for FFI, dental etc.

just worried if they try illegal methods to extend my ORD. still wondering who i can turn to if needed.

ORD day, must ORD. The only thing is your clearance form - all officers in the "HR clearance form list" must sign ..... they usually sign... unless you really pissed them off.

Facing problems, Step 1 is to turn to your immediate superior.. then up the ladder until someone helps you lor.... the chain of command... just go up...

i was refering to help outside or any legal mindef helpline etc. coz well sometimes the whole unit regulars can be asshole and corrdinate a plan.

i seen them use illegal methods before. (there was once a friend of mine in that unit was challenged by the major(now the covering CO) to fight him. strange huh? and many other strange,weird n reduculious things that happened.

take ur MC n throw @ them, after tat, when u do clearance, which fu(ker tat dont sign, just talk to some1 above him, if all the a$$hole cover him, even co also, u tell co u calling hotline, they hear the word "HOTLINE" knn all their pen|S shorten by at least 3 Inch. lol

most important thing is, stay at home all the way.

since they so fu(k up, they sure call u up or visit u. u go out, sure db + extend ord date lol.

TS, stay at home this whole time if your superior is really such a "high level" jerk.

If they push you to sign anything, READ FIRST before you sign (Better still, sign nothing). They may force you to sign a voluntary extension.

If they are doing illegal things like if your unit regulars all carrying camera phones, you can report to MSD. After all you are going on MC for 5 months, what can they do to you? Last month spent clearing leave also. Not like the rest of us who have to complain then request post to another unit.

MSD gave us a card with a hotline to call "to report breaches of military security". If I can find it I will post it here.

ORD date cannot extend unless u go DB.

But U still need to do FFI medical checkup and sign clearance form.

I had never seen people extend ord date becos of MC. No worry. They NATO one lah..or maybe I should say they cannot do anything unless they put u to DB. If until the very last day they don't sign clearance w/o any valid reason, u can call mindef hotline and complain. But of cos....they can delay until closing hours then give u your IC.
