Some things like these are very gray...
no camera on the devices should be ok. Then they have the
no-camera smartphone by htc and one other brand..can't remember.
Those smartphone can store data, mp3, surf net etc...but legal.
Then other devices like laptop/psp/etc etc cannot.
During my ict, the siao on rsm also say ipod cannot. Was a
little shock...mp3 player cannot meh. Then ipad by right cannot -
treated as laptop.
Very stupid rules. depend on unit. By left...these devices are
considered mass storage devices. If u want to use...dun get caught.
If they find it, consficate is just being kind to you. GO by book
is get charged. During ict, rsm go around catching pple in bunk
using it. One guy got caught - smoking, iphone, ipad together.
