I signed on to this vocation and waiting for my course to start but just when my course is about to start, they told me that I am out of course due to my medical. I find it very hard to believe because I have been physically fit all the while with no illness. Some people say that this is just an excuse to kick me out of the course. In my batch, there are about 22 aosx ppl, with almost half of them ooc.

my Mdm told me that in aosx the medical fittness must be number 1. anyone can explain what is the medical fittness standard for aosx?

who is your mdm? as far as i know, these technical vocations in the rsaf as long pes a/b will do.

you don't really require much physical fitness although you're expected to pass ippt since it will affect your promotion.

yes, i took my medical checkup at rsaf aeromedical centre. why leh?

mmm normally RSAF medicals can be a bit tough to clear… even if you are PES A, there are further service-dependent requirements within the same PES status… the only person who can probably answer you is probably AFMC, as the info should be medical in confidence.
