There is a loophole. They can always say you have poor job
attitude at work, or unable to commit to the working hours required
to work per week, therefore breaching the terms of contract.
i think MOM will do investigation.. if TS does his job properly and
his colleagues can back that up, den i think the employer suck
thumb. Same goes for his commitment to the working hours required..
if its due to ICT, employer can't sack him for that.
then again, the employer can find 1000001 reasons to sack
him.
