tarutaru SG regardless u PR or not.OCS grad will get the 2LT rank and after NS should get LTA some in reservist get CPT.
Forbiddensinner SG is it possible for me to become CPT when im still an NSF?Regardless of local or PR, the only way for a NSF to be a CPT is to be a MO (Medical Officer). For that, you will have to go through recognised medicine degree courses in uni.
