IPPT: MC Expiry to Excuse 1 Station,Do I Need to Get New MC?

hi, as NSF i have been excused from situps on a 6 months basis due to lower back injury. however now that i ORD, i am sure my excuse expired liao. so do i need to go back to MO to get an excuse, or any polyclinic will be fine? my IPPT is on the 1st of Feb. thanks

You will need to get an excuse from MO.

Alternatively, you can get a spec memo and show to your MO so he can excuse you.

No.

You are excused in NS because of back injury at that point of time.

Unless your injury is permanent, otherwise, you will need a MO to verify that you are still injured to the extent where you should be excused from sit up.

Go see private doctor get a strongly worded specialist memo from specialist outside and give it to ur camp MO.
