not neccessarily command sch, if your job [read: under branches
of vocations] bears similarity to the useful jobs outside in terms
of the skills needed/involved and perhaps knowledge, it can be very
helpful too.
btw many testimonials are generated by those at the top with
feedback from those in charge.. for my command it's signed by the
HRMC head (indirectly S1 of the command), and it's abit
template-like structurally [macham auto-reply but with different
key words for different personnel], esp with the
adjectives/descriptive words used.
misty is correct, but many at times the management stuff [some
of it] learnt from air force, navy and police are quite
useful..
