NS Officer: Can Ask to Take My Driving License FOC in Camp?

Hi guys, i heard this from one of my teachers so i wanted to confirm whether its true.

In NS, if u make it to OCS and pass out successfully aft 3 mths (BMT) + 9mths (OCS) as a 2LT, u can request to take driving license in the army? There's such thing?
