Poke 2 holes in the beret using sharp scissors or any sharp
objects so that you can put the badge in.
Brand new of course no shape, what I did when I was in the army
was to put the beret under my bed when I sleep every night. Of
course you fold it in the desired shape then put it under the bed.
Of course, don't have to be under the bed, any heavy objects to
press the beret into the nice shape is ok too.
Washing the beret also helps soften it.
Cutting the inner cloth also soften the beret, making it look
seasoned, but not recommended.
It takes a while for the beret to be seasoned.
