i am not pure singaporean, as in i was nt born here but i have lived here for like 12 years already and already a citizen.

it is my passion to be a pilot and i became singaporean so that i can join airforce.

I have achieved reasonably good results for O level. i am currently studying A level, final year .

i applied for pilot vocation online in June this year, hoping that i will be selected to serve in airforce during NS. this morning i called RSAF to check on my application.

The lady told me there is no record under my name. i was very sure that i have submitted ,i even saved the application page. Then the lady told me to give her my contact number and that she will call me back. haha, but no call yet until now.

i was wondering Is it really the problem because i am NOT PURE Singaporean? i mean seriously? I really dont care whatever aircraft i get to fly, i will willingly fly, even if it is some old scrap. gimme Transport, NO PROBLEM! give me HELI, NO PROBLEM!

How should i pursue my dream? i have no other plans for my future. The only plan i have in mind is to join airforce, get LSA for uni then airforce all the way most probably.

Shall i call them again? i am planning to chiong down CMPB to reapply. haha

This month i think my BG of airforce is coming down for Senior Civil Servant Talk, should i just chiong to him? LOL!

If it's flying ur passion why not try out the SIA? But minimum age of 26.

I also same situation as you last time, applied online but no reply, end up I went to approach the recruitment officer during ACE this year. Anyway, I did not apply for air force.

hmmm, I am wondering the maximum age to apply as RSAF pilot? There is no age limits stated in the mindef website. I have tried finding in the forum and other websites but in vain. Perhaps you guys can be a great help!
