With Hospital Memo, I Got Prove to CMPB MO for Medical Board

Hi, I new :)

I just wanted to ask what Pes would I get if I got hyperventilation once. I tried my best not to let the hyperventilation strike again but fast breathing still happens occasionally. I may be getting my NS health checkup in the next few months. How do I prove that I got hyperventilation? I got admitted to the A&E once, and I suffer from mild social phobia.

Ya, just went to a psycologist today. So I need to get a record eh? Will do that when I go for my next follow-up appointment. How do I get the records from A&E? The hospital is KK. hopital for the hyperventilation and tan tock seng for the heart palpitation one.

U just hand over ur psychologist report. If u gt take medicine remember to declare to MO or ask ur psychologist to write down on memo.
