Enhanced batch simply means you serve 1 Yr 10 Mths instead of 2
Yrs. Anybody who has gotten at least a silver for NAPHA would be
eligible for enhanced batch. Being in the enhanced batch
doesnt mean you are in the leadership batch.
Leadership batch only meant for those in tekong who has to take
sit test, usually for JC and Poly graduates. Only those who have
taken sit test are eligible for command schools.
Those who dunno anything (probably you were from a mono-intake),
