I have been to pre enlistment medical checkup and got a pes
d.
Now i have the receive further reporting letter to go for another
checkup at mcc.
However, there is 2 options there.
1. You are required to bring with you this further reporting
order and the following documents in order to complete your medical
examination/ investigation.
- Identity Card
- Medical Reports
- School report books
2. In addition, please not the instructions below:
- One parent to accompany
- visit type: Saf Psychiatry, MO
I know i need to bring those required informations and items for
further review in the first option.
But for the 2nd option, where is Saf Psychiatry, Mo located and
do i need to go there first before going back to cmpb? Or after
going to cmpb for checkup and ask them about the time for going to
the Saf Psychiatry, MO?
