last time i kena for AWOL for mobilisation. WTF? i was late (missed the cutoff timing) so i went to tell them the reason and i got off with warning. but depends on situation one.

Depends on your reason. They can send you to db if they find your reason not acceptable.

They can sentence you to DB if they want to.

As much as I want to sympathize with your plight, surely the risk of going to DB for a couple of weeks and paying a hefty fine would outweigh your loss of income.

Exactly why are you working part-time? Your circumstances may act as a mitigating factor in your sentencing.

last time they charged me for not taking athelete remedial trainings.told them i got all the certs but they said i didnt give them on time .....with my busy production schedules at work and ensuring production figures and all machinery are working at 100% efficiency....most machinery even at 80% efficiency would slow down production figures.......only time i could send anything to anyone was either 6am or 8pm.

spore is not my problem...its PAP problem now.

Even if they only fine you this time, they will arrange a makeup ICT for you. In the end, still must go, cannot siam. And the next time you don't go, I believe you won't be so lucky as to escape with a fine.

Report and tell them your story. They will let you off with a warning.

Best if you bring along your baby in the court, if the RP allows you at the gate.

Good for you.

You do realize, though, that this ICT that you skipped will not be counted towards your requirement of 10 ICT cycles to clear.

Be sure to attend all future ICTs unless you absolutely have to forgo them, and even then, be sure to get a valid deferment first.

Ideal standards demand maximum efficiency. This means no machine breakdowns or slacks are allowed. In practical this is not achievable but the next best alternative you can plan out is attainable standard that are challenging but leeway for occasionally machine breakdowns and workers on medical leave.

That would possibly free up your time for exercise to keep you fit and healthy.

i cant fix and make spore prosper at the same time neglect myself both finanicially and morally.i have a huge family and if i spend OR WASTE MY TIME AS the army schedules IT...i would spend more time at the gym then look after parents and wat about the many mouths to feed???

erm O level can find job what. There are alot of people who don't even have O level but they can still find a full time job.

Go do those type of office jobs lor than everyday do data entry using computer de don't need carry heavy things de.

depends on job market n employers spoilt for choice of an already glut of that specific job.they always get people from overseas who are cheaper than sporeans .
