captain rank like MO?
coz i happened to meet an OC of a med coy who is a dental
surgeon and hes a major
he pes C2 so i dont think he has been through ocs
in the past there is such a thing called vocation rank. For
that position, they need you to help out, they will assign you
the rank. The sgt or officer, need not go through the course, but
you dont get the proper rank pay also.
If you sign on, like MO or DO, they need your skills but not
your fitness, they can also close three eyes and let you go through
MOCC.
Another is that he is Pes B initially but downgrade
over time.
From my understanding, people are pushing responsibility,
not many people want to be "recognized" by the SAF. many people who
got MBBS, actually kept quiet and left out of the
loop.
