mindef is dead one. So unless it is stated in the Mindef
directory, they would not allow u to defer.
The person who have the say is actually ur boss-in-charge in the
camp.
At that time, when I make a deferment, my ex-ns boss
actually make a personal call at my handphone. I am quite shock
that he is one who is supposed to give the final say. Then he say
he will give me time-off for it, early release, MC or
whatever. JUST because it is difficult to look nice in
documentation. You get it?
If u know the boss that is taking care of u give him a personal
call.
