if you wish to request a reservation of a place in the
above-mentioned course, please complete the attached "Request Form
for Reservation of Place" and submit it together with documentry
proof of your enlistment or ORD from MINDEF, using the enclosed
business reply envelope before 15 May 2010
what I want to ask is...what documentary proof, should I get from
MINDEF to mail it to NP?
any people have similar experience? what should I do?
Ask your Chief Clerk nicely and I am sure she can help make
something which you can send along in the envelope. You are
unlikely to be the first person to ask her for such documentary
proofs.
