NSman Reservist: CQMS: SOP ? Instructions Manual (IM) ?

1. Anyone knows how to do underslung for storeman, CQMS?

2. Any website or books which stop step by step procedure?

3. Can I ask Mindef for detailed instructions?

4. I am very nervous about my underslung, I just don't want to be a burden for my unit

5. Anyone here has been a Reservist NS RQMS before?

6. I just take over accomodation and field equipment stores is it?

7. Will I be required to command people? (Or I say it bluntly: Shoot people arrows)

8. I have told Mindef my "problems", they say "they will look into it" (which I don't think so) Has anyone rejected a SAF appointment before?

If you have to do all the above, I'm sure you will be sent for the required course, or be attached to a upperstudy.

Training SOPs and all that are usually restricted. You should be briefed if it is a new role you are taking up.. common sense would dictate that no one wants a screw-up to happen, so don't worry too much about it.
