There is no shortcut to this. Choose an industry that you think
will still be around in the next 20-30 years. Start from the bottom
and learn the ropes of the industry. Figure out if you are cut out
for it, if not leave and find something else you might be good at.
If you stay, hone your skills and make sure you become valuable to
the company. Money will find its way to you.
