Cuz i jus poped and were one of the lucky ones who were given
extra duty to do. Unfortunately, i injured my leg (shin and knee
pain) after a run. I called back to the cos and told him i cant do
the duty and he told me to find a replacement. The thing is i dun
haf their contacts and so he gave me some and were asked to call
em. Like WTF?
I guess it's super hard for me to find some1 to replace me as
the duty is on sat. So if i still cannot find a replacement, do i
need to go back for duty even if i'm on mc?
Its always a guard personnel to find his own replacement should
he not be able to do his duty. Certain units will plan reserve but
not all will so its up to the individual guards to do it. Since its
tekong guard duty which is not counted at all by unit, its not
going to be easy to find replacement.
If you die die cannot find replacement, you will have to report
for guard duty and see whether they can give you some slight
straining duty to do.
Getting MC etc won't be useful since being on MC means you still
need find someone to replace you or else you are the 1 who get in
trouble.
