Try buying heavy-duty glue that is meant for shoe repairs. Most hardware stores should sell them.

Otherwise, if your boots are already gone case, you might as well just buy a new pair from eMart.

can i just go to any cobbler and let them glue the sole together? cause the thing is that only the back part of the sole is like kinda lose so yeah it is'nt that of a gone case kinda thingy. anyways thanks for all the replies!

Do u go outfield etc alot?

If its general just walking around use and not much heavy duty use, that should be fine but heavy duty use and the glue might not last for long.

Aren't u all issued with 2 pairs of boots?

I would suggest you wear another pair for outfield etc and leave this 'spoilt' pair for in camp use etc.

I would say its best to get the normal combat boots if u go outfield alot. Goretex is more comfortable to wear but alot less hardy when use outfield according to my friends.

mine both leather n gorex still in OK condition.. still can use.

i wear them everyday n i go outfield very freq.

anway can use credit buy ma... but if u no more credit then ..wa good luck men.

they are more comfy to wear... but water can go in easily.

leather not as comfy..but water cant go in UNLESS rain so heavy until top to toe wet..then all drip down to ur socks from pants then eventually ur shoe wet.. or u walk into water that is equally as deep .

personally i perfer leather..

I have the old boots and the goretex 2 year back much more comfortable for the Goretex compared to the last generation. The soles is thicker too.

Goretex boots are more comfortable and easier to polish.

but.

the wearer is more prone to ankle sprains and other injuries.
