BMT OOC Recourse

DarkMatter SG

I beleive that your PES status is still be pending on the medical board. Depending on the amount of people listing, it will take probably 1- 4 monthes for you to get your PES result. I beleived that you can defered your PES B BMT recourse upon request from your MO. See your Mo, and highlight to him that you have a recourse going on, and that you are still waiting for the medical board to award your new status. He will write in a letter for you and u can pass to your PC or OC or whoeva incharge, S1 etc, to have your recourse deferred.

hope this help.

walau. you make it seems that 3stripes very easy to get.... :(

and to TS, since you never clear bmt, you will definitely go back recourse.

its either pes b recourse or pes c.

so just be mentally prepared to say hi to tekong again.

Went back to previous unit. There already got 4 armourers. (By right each unit's estab should have 2 only) Plus me=5,severely overstaffed. Was doing vehicle commander duties most of the time i.e go for jalan jalan on SAF vehicles.

Well,SAF is like this.

The old days all technicians will get 3SG and in that time yes its VERY easy to get a 3SG since all technicians automatically will get it after their 1st yr of service.

However its no longer the case these days and each section will only have its sect comm and 2IC getting 3SG.
