what exactly are aerobic and anaerobic exercises?
differences?
as for the sprints, should i do that on the same day with long
distance running or another day?
thx weymas
Hi BryanO,
Aerobic Exercises are exercises where your body consume oxygen
while you are exercising. They are low to mid intensity exercises
aimed at building up your endurance, and includes swimming and slow
jog.
Anaerobic Exercises are exercises where your body do not consume
oxygen while you are exercising. They are high intensity exercises
aimed at building up your speed, and includes interval
sprinting.
I will suggest that you do not do both types of training on the
same day, and alternate between the two of them on alternate
days.
Cheers.
