U get a higher rank thus higher allowance
U get to have people under ur command
Officers will sit in office and give instructions while specs will
carry out the instructions with the men
U get to do Guard 2ic/Guard comm or DO during guard duty rather
than be a guard
Men
U don't have to think much, juz blindly follow
instructions
Least responsibilities
Chiong the most esp if kanna infantry etc combat units
Most stuck as a guard doing prowler/sentry
Can be sent for logistics spec course and become a non combat
specialist
