Moonlighting While NS?

i wan to earn extra money if possible..i in ns 8 to 5 mon to fri..my fren in ns say cant work unless they pay u cash not bank as they can check through ur cpf izzit true??..other alternative available?

By law, moonlighting is not allowed.

Nevertheless, plentiful of people do so, especially when it comes to things which are hard to catch, such as giving tuition. I am not encouraging you to do moonlight, but a lot depends on what you want to work as outside of NS.

Its very common and if your PC isn't an asshole, they should close one eye, especially when many of the men moonlight to earn extra income cos the family needs it. Most officers I know will close one eye. The only time PC and OC come down hard on you is if your moonlighting comes in the way of training and affects your coy.
