BMT POP: Command Schools OR Just Be A Man?

Warcounter SG

ellllllllllllo. Im a little recruit tat said no to command school and den ppl start to say me stupid for saying no to command school. Command school compared to man got any difference in slackness ma ?

Den pass or fail ippt got affect my vocation de ma ?

soundpunk SG

Commander have to think and plan out and take responsibility for your actions. man = just do what ur commander ask u do lor.And if it screws up u can arrow your commander say he ask u do. And saying no doesn't mean you're stupid. Its just your preference. Some people dont like the responsibility and planning mah.

IPPT i think only affect whether u can go command school or not.

either get into OCS or just be a man. sgts are only higher paid men and they do alot more shit.

Warcounter SG

being an officer, the max age for ROD is 50 that is 10 more yrs than NCO and men.

but if ya reservist unit very on every year got ICT lagi best...being an officer can tuang all the way

ThunderFbolt SG

be a man, do the right thing!

seriously, unless you are planning to sign on or just like having the title, be spec or man is the best.

Ky0n' SG

if you are keen on doing more planning work, you should go for ocs.. on the other hand, if u prefer to execute the plans made by the officer, being a specialist would be more suitable.. but then again, since u have rejected command school, you will be jus another ordinary soldier out there.

And yes, guard duties and lesser privileges..

PQN SG

For officer, although you have more responsibility, you also have power.
For men, no responsibility. No need to think, just do.
For Sgt, sandwiched between both. The one doing the real “dirty job”.

aiya during BTM try to OOT then out left 3 post only

clerk,storeman,driver.
