i'll be enlisting in oct and still am wearing braces, how do i go about applying for like time off or leave? my doc is at ndc and he's a visiting doc, so only mon & tue he will be at ndc.

Get a proper appointment letter/card from your doct and when u are in tekong, show it to your PC and request for off on that day.

You will obviously miss training. Depending on whats on schedule, some training can be skip some cannot be skipped so depends on your luck. If that particular week is things like fieldcamp, range etc then you might be asked to make another appointment with your doctor since braces is not considered an emergency etc that needs to be settle immediately.
