I remember I was offered ACS in 1996..that was after GCE O
levels...Sign on rate was pretty low then..I was invited for a RSAF
career talk at a posh hotel...the guests was lesser than the RSAF
people overall!! We were treated to a buffet lunch then....I
really have the urge to sign on ACS then...The ACS told me secretly
that if I apply, close to 90% chance sure can get so long I talk
sense during the RSAF formal interview.
But I decided to further study then so give up the chance.
But as the time passes.. more & more Singaporeans wanted to
sign on until govt can really pick & choose the best.
