perform well as in.all rounder? a must to pass SOC? if get
silver due to SBJ that mean game over?
Getting platoon best and company best means you are a very good
all-rounder.
Of course your commanders and platoon mates must approve of you
and recommend you ( Yes, there will be a session where all the
recruits write down the top 3 and bottom 3 recruits in their
platoon and give their explainations. ).
SOC and IPPT is only part of the factors- there do are people
who did not get gold for IPPT, but still managed to get platoon
best.
