i got a referal from polyclinic to specialist for a checkup. But
the appt is only after i enlist to tekong, will they let me out for
the checkup? What should i do when i report in for the 1st day?
I had tried to get the earliest date already, but still i can
only get after i enlist.

Is it something that might cause you to down PES? If its
something serious, go to CMPB and show them the referal. You might
have your enlistment delayed till the specialist gives a report on
your condition.
If not, just bring your referal letter into tekong and just
inform your PC about it and ask for him to give you half day off to
go for it.
