I am enlisting
to tekong in about a week but still struggling which phone to buy
which is without camera and it came to my mind is it possible to
bring in the china made phone with TV funciton but without camera
function as the price is quite reasonable.. if not what other phone
would be recommended that's durable and practical.. feel free to
comment!
I highly doubt you will find time to watch that TV-phone legally
in Tekong.
You will most probably be secretly watching it after lights out
in your bed, which is what one of the guys from my BMT company did
with his friend. They ended up getting caught by their PS, and had
his PSP taken away for his BMT duration. His PS was kind enough to
return it to him on POP though.
Generally speaking, phones with TV function is legal, as long as
it does not have a camera or any recording devices and memory
sticks. If you have to plug something into your HP to watch TV,
then you can forget about bringing it in.
