Nope,this course not for just those who got out of
tekong....infact,I have seen quite a few CQs who were ooc/oot from
SISPEC.
Under the normal path,most CQs will get their CPL immediately
after this course but since you already got your CPL from BSLC,you
will not be promoted immediately after the course.
The OJT training period b4 you get your 3SG is roughly 6 months
or so if i remembered correctly but I suspect it might be shorter
than that.Best way to find out is to check with the S1 branch clerk
in charge of monitoring promotions.
Also,if you are Pes C1 and need to take IPPT then passing it is
also another criteria before you can get promoted.
