I known a NSF who got into a coma after falling off a double
decker bed while overseas.
In other countries, non-combat or training military deaths are
not so spread in the news widely with the exception of non combat
deaths in war zones. In Singapore, the risk adverse mentality has
been deeply entrenched and any type of death, the public wants
answers. The WO death while tragic, is not due to some widespread
failing in whatever.
Anyway, RIP to the WO.
