The Tamilish Liberation Tigers (LTTE) have surendered after 25
years of civil war to the goverment troops. In this war over 80.000
men have died. The rest of this guerilla-fighters were surounded by
the goverment-army in the jungle and destroyed. During this mlitary
operation thousands of death victims were counted. The
civil-population was used as protection-shield by the tamilish
rebells. The goverment-troopers made no difference between
civilians and guerilla-fighters. Therefore other terror-actions
were expected in this area.
