Hmm, well, it's still a holding list. When you get your NS unit, they will inform you again.

Its not counted by the number of years but by the number of high/low key you been activated for. If you clear 4 in 4 yrs then theres 6 left, if you cleared less than that, it means u have more.

actually not really quite lah......which ever come first. 40 yrs old or cycle. if you reach 40 yrs old before the cycle than you are too old to served. They will send you Tat Tat letter.

How long it take to get us posted to a unit from holding list esp in the case of PES C or PES E?

That depends on when they are vacancies and they need to slot in people so i don't think anyone can give a fix duration.
