you dun get it, same accident but TP dun charge you cos not your fault at all. so why same incident diffierent set of outcome? if you have not caused any accident, why should you be made accountable for it? let e insurance settle it

pls la, if everything bring in tax payers $$, it's to no end one. cos for e cab, taxi co settle e bill, too many langa later excuse for fare hike?

I've seen reckless army and taxi drivers before but if it's not your fault, he should not be even held accountable for it at all

I know what you mean,I find the severity of sentencing for a serviceman involved in such minor accidents too outlandish too.

End of the day,as long as you are in green,there is nothing much they(the drivers) can argue with or against....

Mid veh dont look damaged

Erm...Mid Vehs very hardy de. There's once a civilian car bang the front of my friend's Ford Everest. The coolant tank of the CV car spilled. My friend only got small few cm dent at bumper. Dun underestimate MID veh lol...Fortunately my friend wasn't at fault...

this one it all depends, if you are very near e stop line and you just stop (when you should be clearing e junction) while behind car can't brake in time, it's your fault. tis kind of accident I've seen it before in my own eyes bef on a MID tonner

if you've stopped for some time and car behind bang at you, then it's diff story

Regardless whether its the driver's fault, millage is immediately reset due to accident records. This is what the transport supervisor told me when i was inspecting the vehicle and base on the statement submitted to me, the driver was not at fault.

MID vehicles are really hardy thats for sure. Out of 10 accidents report i have to write, i think more than half the vehicle was not damage and i had to just charge the driver the minimal inspection charge with paintwork since i cannot submit an accident report saying no damage was found and no repairs were done.

nonsense lah, where got driver mileage reset such thing, it depends on ur camp lah.. for my side, accident as long as u can pay.. sua sua go.. everything resume normal..

Thats your camp then cos such things depends on the unit and the officers decision. My camp never had a day without a driver on the SOL board with a record of up to 7 together once including a sect comm so having millage reset is nothing new.
