And there's one part under no.8 i think it says after the review, it will be handed to the board of directors for checking, so this means the real medical pes status have to be further investigated is it?

Yes, it's the general SOP.

Just that for pre-enlistees, your point of contact is CMPB.
Call the CMPB Medical Centre @ 6373 1340

8) If deemed so, you will sign an undertaking note of medical board, whereby your case statement will be prepared for discussion at the monthly medical board meet (usually at the Formation/Division HQ) with another NSF CPT MO, and the Chairman (SAF Regular Medical Doctor of MAJ rank and above). Your Medical Board result will be post mailed to you by your respective NSHRC (Formation NS Hub).

Does this mean after the mo have confirmed ur status, he still have to give it to the board of directors to further confirm if its true or not isit? Ten lidat very troublesome leh.. scarly affect the status how?

Just get a doctor's memo, call 6373 1340 for a fax number to fax the memo over to get a PES review.

Yes, can fax it over.
No, it will need to be reviewed by the CMPB MOs again. Thus, it will take a few days for CMPB to review the memo and inform you the reviewed PES by postal mail.
If you want, you can go down to CMPB in person.
