just want to check - if someone has skipped reservice 2-3 times,
where does he have to go to get charged? is it an army camp or a
certain HQ?
will he be fined? if so, what is the fine amount?
or, will he be sent to the detention barracks immediately?
please reply as i'm clueless =S
