With so many PES C and E ASAs around and so
few admin positions to fufill within any one NS unit,who do you
think they will prefer to call up if they have to call up one in
the first place?
Both can do the clerical job but PES C has the flexibility of
being arrowed extra things.PES E strictly no outfield,PES C
depending on L code,can still go outfield.Why go outfield?Need more
hands to help deliver ration/pol/water....
PES C can shoot range too which counts towards the best NS unit
competition thing.
But that's only my opinion,how the system really works,no one
knows...
