Pending eval is usually Pes D what??!?!?
pes D is for cases that are not clear and need a evaluation by
MO.
childhood asthma is a very clear case, which doesn't need much
more evaluation, since they already know what it is, and CMPB
immediately downgraded him to Pes B as per protocol.
since there is lack of any recent cases to work on, and the
original MO already passed the guy during medical check up,
another MO will just read through the files, and confirm the
status of Pes B, or upgrade to Pes A again.
But commando can take in pes A or pes B, so no problem..
